The long-awaited James Cameron film done on a grand scale comparable to the Titanic. The estimated budget of 237 million U.S. dollars gives him third place in this respect in the history of cinema. Avatar was made on two techniques: traditional 2D and entirely new 3D technology. The film was made in 2007, while in post earmarked for two years.
Avatar tells the story of a paralyzed former commando, who gets a chance to regain a healthy body. But must take part in a special military program called Avatar. The film stars including Sam Worthington, Sigourney Weaver, Michelle Rodriguez.
Media around the world announced that Avatar will be a breakthrough as the introduction of cinema in the 20s sound. Cameron himself believes that it will be better than the movie Titanic.
